Seahawks Practice Groups
Coaches reserve the right to adjust swim groups as needed to best meet the needs of the swimmers and the team.
Fall Season (August - December)
All practices during the school year are held at Westridge Recreation Center, 9650 Foothills Canyon Blvd, Highlands Ranch, CO 80129.
USA Legal Strokes required: Elites & Maroon
4:30pm - 6:00pm – Elites (MWF) *5:00-6:30 pm Nov-Feb
6:00pm - 7:30pm - Maroon (MW) *6:30-7:30 pm Nov-Feb
Developing USA Legal Strokes: Intro, White, Blue
4:00-4:45 PM – Intro (Tu/Th) *Aug/Sept only
4:45-5:30 PM – White (Tu/Th)
5:30-6:30 PM – Blue (Tu/Th)
6:30-7:30 PM – Blue (Tu/Th)
