HRCA Seahawks

All swimmers who are new to HRCA Seahawks are asked to schedule a New Swimmer Evaluation. This is an opportunity for parents to meet with a coach in a small group and ask questions about our program.

During the evaluation, swimmers will demonstrate their swim ability in all four competitive strokes, dives, and turns to best determine their swim level. Coaches will time some events.

Evaluations last about 20-30 minutes with an in-water portion for the swimmer.

If a coach determines a swimmer is not yet ready for Seahawks, a referral to our swim lesson program will be made and any program fees will be refunded or credited to a different class.

No refunds for missed evaluations.
