What to bring to practices
What to bring to practices:
Racing Swim Suit. Seahawks team colors are red/white/blue.
Girls: Recommend a 1 piece, well fitted, suit
Boys: Recommed swim jammers (similar to biking shorts)
A positive attitude
Water-bottle
Goggles
Long-hair pulled back
Swim Fins: Swim Fins are required for Maroon group. We recommend a crossblade style fin similar to the picture below.
Swim Cap or hair tie - Hair should be pulled back from face using either a hairtie or swim cap.
